| PURPOSE | To establish an appropriate work environment that facilitates the professional and personal development and well-being of all residents who participate in the Internal Medicine Residency program at Presbyterian Hospital of Dallas (PHD). |
| SCOPE | Applies to all interns and residents (hereafter all will be referred to as trainees) in the Internal Medicine training program on the Presbyterian Hospital of Dallas campus. |
| PROVISIONS | The following services will be provided and available to all trainees in order to minimize work that may be extraneous to the trainees’ educational programs.
