      • NeutroSpec (Technetium [99m Tc] fanolesomab, murine IgM monoclonal antibody labeled with technetium) reports of serious and life-threatening cardiopulmonary events following the administration. Onset generally occurred within minutes of injection and included two deaths attributed to cardiopulmonary failure within 30 minutes of injection.
      • Paroxetine (Paxil and generic) exposure to paroxetine in the first trimester of pregnancy may increase the risk for congenital malformations, particularly cardiac malformations.Paroxetine’s pregnancy category has been changed from C to D and added new data and recommendations to the WARNINGS section of paroxetine’s prescribing information.       • NovoSeven Coagulation Factor VIIa (Recombinant) Revisioned prescribing information to provide updated safety information on thrombotic and thromboembolic adverse events, based on clinical studies in non-hemophilia patients and on post-marketing safety surveillance. A clinical study in elderly, non-hemophiliac, intracerebral hemorrhage patients indicated a potential increased risk of arterial thromboembolic adverse events with use of NovoSeven, including myocardial ischemia, myocardial infarction, cerebral ischemia and/or infarction.
